What to expect at In And Out Smog Test
In And Out Smog Test is licensed by the Bureau of Automotive Repair as a Test Only smog station in Santa Ana. It runs the inspection and issues the certificate but does no repairs. Its STAR certification is currently suspended in the BAR registry, so it cannot test DMV-directed vehicles until that is restored.
